【摘要】 中国共产党十分重视干部的作风建设,尤其是成为执政党之后,干部的思想作风与工作作风在干部队伍建设中更具有重要意义。新中国成立初期,党的干部队伍出现了不良思想与工作作风。针对干部不良作风问题,中国共产党采取自上而下的干部自我检讨和自下而上的群众监督方式进行党内整风,并将整风与生产相结合,提高了干部思想素质,密切了干群关系。这些都是当今党的廉政建设的历史财富。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the construction of cadre’s work style,and especially after the CPC became the ruling party in the early days of the founding the PRC,the ideological style and work style of cadres has great significance in the construction of cadres. Some bad thoughts and work style of the cadres occured in the early days of the People’s Republic of China,so the CPC launched a rectification movement within the party and combined it with production,which greatly promoted the cadre’s ideological quality and got close to the mass.
