【Abstract】 As one of the symbols of the CPC’s practice of cooperative,Zhaigeta SMC of Linfen in Shanxi province was founded in the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan and experienced the period of construction of revolutionary base and the cooperative movement after the founding of the PRC; it even became a banner in the national finance and trade.
