【摘要】 为了研究红豆杉复方健康颗粒的皮肤急性毒性与皮肤刺激性,为其临床安全应用提供依据,通过局部给药,观察动物皮肤接触红豆杉复方健康颗粒所产生的反应情况,对实验结果加以评定。结果表明,红豆杉复方健康颗粒无明显毒副作用,对完整皮肤无刺激性、破损皮肤轻度刺激性。由此说明红豆杉复方健康颗粒外用安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the skin acute toxicity and irritation of Taxus chinensis compound healthy particles on skin, to provide the obtained evidence for clinical application. Taxus Chinensis compound healthy particles were performed on skin of animal by local administration to observe their response, and the results were evaluated. The result showed that Taxus chinensis compound healthy particles had no obvious side effects, no inritation on intact skin and mild inritatinn on damaged skin. This shows that Taxus chinensis compound healthy particles is safe for external use.更多还原
