电场矩阵监测技术在炼化企业中的应用
Application of Electric Field Matrix Monitoring Technology in SINOPEC Petrochemical Industry
【摘要】 中国石化股份有限公司洛阳分公司闪蒸系统的硫设计值为0.5%(闪蒸塔为1.5%),酸设计值为0.5 mg KOH/g。根据生产需要在闪蒸系统加工硫质量分数达2.1%的塔河混合原油。为了确保装置的安全运行,分别对装置的硫腐蚀和酸腐蚀进行了评估,并依据评估结果在腐蚀薄弱部位采用了电场矩阵在线监测技术和定点测厚相结合的方法进行腐蚀状况的实时监测。应用结果表明,在腐蚀分析及腐蚀速率评估预测的指导下,采用超声波定点测厚与电场矩阵技术,点与面相结合的监测形式,较好地解决了炼油厂腐蚀安全问题。
【Abstract】 Sulfur fortification value is 0. 5%( 1. 5% in flash tower) and acid fortification value is 0. 5 mg KOH/g in the flash system in SINOPEC Luoyang Company. Tahe mixed crude oil with sulfur mass fraction of 2. 1% needed to be processed in the flash system due to production requirement. In order to ensure the safe operation of the device,sulfur corrosion and acid corrosion were evaluated respectively,and real-time monitoring of the positions subjecting to corrosion easily was carried out,based on the evaluation results,by combining the methods of electric field matrix online monitoring technology and the fixed-point thickness measurement method. The application results demonstrated that,under the guidance of corrosion flow analysis and corrosion rate prediction,the corrosion safety problem of refinery could be solved approximately by using the technologies of ultrasonic thickness measurement and electric field matrix,and the monitoring form of point-surface combination.
