人乳头瘤病毒分型检测技术的研究进展

【摘要】 宫颈癌的发生与人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)感染密切相关,对HPV进行分型检测对宫颈癌的预防、诊断和治疗具有重要意义,因此近年来HPV检测技术不断革新。感染不同HPV亚型将会导致不同的临床症状,部分传统HPV检测手段由于无法分型,其局限性日益凸显。目前,HPV分型检测主要依赖于各种HPV DNA检测技术,但各种技术的检测原理、适用范围均不相同,给临床选择HPV检测方法带来了困扰。本文将就目前常用的HPV DNA分型检测方法进行简要介绍,并对各方法的适用范围进行比较,以期为临床选择合适的HPV检测方法提供参考。

【Abstract】 The incidence of cervical cancer is closely related to human papillomavirus infection. Therefore, HPV genotyping is of great significance for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer, the HPV detection technology has been continuously improved in recent years. Different HPV subtypes would lead to different clinical symptoms, so the limitations of some traditional HPV detection methods are gradually highlighted because they can not give genotype information through detection. At present, HPV genotyping is mainly dependent on a variety of HPV DNA detection technology. However, the principles and the scopes of applications of these technologies are different, bringing some troubles to the clinical selection of HPV detection methods. Here, we gave a brief introduction to widely applied HPV DNA genotyping methods, and compared the scopes of applications of each methods, so as to provide a reference for clinical selection of appropriate HPV detection methods.
