【摘要】 目的:探究硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林对子痫前期患者氧化性低密度脂蛋白,内脂素水平及临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2015年1月到2016年7月我院收治的子痫先期患者90例,根据随机数字对照表分为对照组与试验组,各45例。对照组患者给予静脉滴注硫酸镁治疗,试验组联合给予小剂量阿司匹林治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、氧化性低密度脂蛋白及内脂素水平。结果:治疗结束后,与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05),治疗后两组氧化性低密度脂蛋白及内脂素水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组氧化性低密度脂蛋白及内脂素水平较低(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林对子痫先期患者有明显治疗效果,推测其可能与氧化性低密度脂蛋白及内脂素水平降低有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of magnesium sulfate combined with small dose of aspirin on the levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein and visfatin and its clinical efficacy for the patients with preeclampsia. Methods: 90 patients with preeclampsia who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group,with 45 cases in each group. The the patients in the control group were treated with the magnesium sulfate intravenous drip,while the patients in the experiment group were treated with small dose of aspirin on the base of the control group. Then the clinical efficacy,the levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein and visfatin levels of patients in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment. Results: After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); After treatment,the oxidized low-density lipoprotein and visfatin levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05); Compared with control group,the oxidized low density lipoprotein and visfatin levels of the experiment group were lower after the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Magnesium sulfate combine with small dose of aspirin has obvious effect in the treatment of pre eclampsia,which could be relative to the reduction of oxidized low density lipoprotein and visfatin levels.更多还原
