基于PSR模型的河南省水生态安全综合评价研究

【摘要】 基于河南省水环境现状,从"压力—状态—响应"(PSR)指标体系框架出发,建立河南省水环境生态安全评价指标体系,利用变异系数法确定各指标权重,运用综合指数评价法对河南省水环境生态安全水平予以评价。结果表明:2007—2013年河南省水环境生态安全综合指数值整体呈上升趋势,其生态安全水平已处于预警状态;压力状态曲线呈逐年下降趋势,状态曲线与综合指数曲线变化趋势基本一致,表明河南省水环境综合评价值在很大程度上是状态系统的贡献,此外响应系统的贡献率逐年增幅显著,有效促进了河南省水环境生态安全的逐渐改善。

【Abstract】 Based on the pressure-state-response index system and the present status of water environment ecosystem in Henan, the ecological security assessment index systems of water environment in Henan were established. Variation coefficient method was used to determine the weight of each index, and the synthetical index evaluation method was used to evaluate the synthetical index value for security assessment. The results showed that the assessment value increased on the whole from 2007 to 2013, and the ecological security of water environment in Henan was in the early alarm. The assessment value of pressure index kept falling. The variation trends of state and comprehensive index were similar. The results indicate that comprehensive index of water environment ecological security assessment in Henan depends on the state index. In addition, there is a big rate of increase amplitude of the contribution ratio of response index, which ensures the ecological security of water environment in Henan will improve gradually.
