【摘要】 采用立木蓄积年平均生长量率法、旅行费用法(TCM)、影子工程法、机会成本法、市场价值法和支付意愿法评估了江西省天花井国家森林公园森林资源价值,以期为提出合理森林生态效益补偿标准及构建切实可行的补偿机制提供依据。评估结果为:2014年其经济价值为82.60万元,生态价值为412.43万元,生态价值约为经济价值的4.99倍;生态价值中,涵养水源价值占47.40%,净化大气价值占21.30%,固碳制氧价值占11.87%,固土保肥价值占9.80%,改善小气候价值占5.32%,森林游憩价值占2.30%,保护生物多样性价值占2.01%。结果表明,天花井国家森林公园森林资源产生的生态价值远大于其经济价值。当地政府应该积极寻求公共财政及市场化补偿途径进行资金补偿,确保可持续经营。更多还原

【Abstract】 The stumpage and annual average growth rate method, travel cost method(TCM), shadow engineering method, the opportunity cost method, market value method and willingness to pay(WTP) method were used to evaluate the value of forest resources in Tianhuajing National Forest Park, so as to provide a basis for putting forward reasonable forest ecological benefit compensation standards and building feasible compensation mechanism. The results showed that the economic value is 826.0 thousand yuan, ecological value is 4 124.3 thousand yuan, and the ecological value was 4.99 times higher than economic value. Among ecologically functional value, the percent on value of water resources conservation and recharge of forest is 47.40%, value of cleaner air is 21.30%, value of fixing carbolic and manufacturing oxygen is 11.87%, value of erosion protection and increasing soil fertility is 9.80%, value of improve microclimate is 5.32%, value of forest recreation is 2.30%, value of protect biological diversity is 2.01%. It demonstrated that the economic value is far more than ecological value of forest resources in Tianhuajing National Forest Park. Local government should seek for public finance and marketize compensation fund for sustainable management.更多还原
