【摘要】 生态保护后生态环境得到了保护和改善,获益方应给予生态保护区的损失以补偿。获益方分别从生态保护中获得了水质质量等级提高、泥沙含量减少、土壤养分含量得到保持、水源得到良好的涵养等诸多益处,以获益方因生态保护获得的成本节约和收入增加作为生态保护区应获得的生态补偿为依据,计算了生态移民应获得的补偿。其计算方法和思路可以作为生态保护补偿的依据,也可以作为生态破坏赔偿的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the ecological environment is protected and improved after ecological Protection, the losses of the ecological Protection areas should be compensated by benefit party. Benefit party get many benefits from increase of water quality, reduction of sediment, maintenance of soil nutrient content, good water conservation etc. Based on the cost savings and revenue increase obtained by benefit party from the ecological protection, the ecological compensation of ecological protection areas can be calculated.
