【摘要】 近年来,我国环境形势不容乐观,而随着我国经济社会发展进入新常态,环境保护也面临着新的机遇和挑战。文章结合《关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》《"十三五"生态环境保护规划》等阐述了生态文明建设的内涵,引用最新的数据和典型案例分析了我国当前环境问题现状,解读了《党政领导干部生态环境损害责任追究办法(试行)》《土壤污染防治行动计划》等对地方政府赋予的新责任、新要求,最后提出关于区域环境保护工作的思考和建议,以期为今后环境保护工作提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, China’s environmental situation has not been optimistic, and as China’s economic and social development coming into the new normal, environmental protection is also facing new opportunities and challenges. Ecological civilization construction is expounded based on the Opinions on Accelerating Ecological Civilization Construction and 13 th Five-Year Environmental Protection Plan, and the current situation of China’s environmental problems is analyzed by the latest data and typical cases. New responsibilities and new tasks of local government from Measures for the Accountability of the Party and Government Leading Cadres in the Ecological Environment Damage(for trial implementation) and Soil Pollution Prevention Action Plan are interpreted, and finally the thoughts and suggestions on regional environmental protection work are proposed, so as to provide reference for future environmental protection work.更多还原
