多聚赖氨酸膜的自组装及其对细菌吸附性能的研究

【摘要】 以静电吸附力将多聚赖氨酸(PLL)自组装于玻璃基底上,制备了荷正电的PLL膜。研究了溶液p H、自组装时间、浓度等对成膜质量和吸附细菌性能的影响。研究表明,p H=7.4、时间为45 min、浓度为0.200 mg/m L为最佳组装条件。以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作为供试菌,通过涂板计数和显微镜计数法测试了荷正电膜对细菌的吸附能力。结果表明,在最佳条件下制备的PLL膜在30 min内对大肠杆菌吸附率达到92.3%,在45 min内对金黄色葡萄球菌的吸附率达到83.0%,其对革兰阴性菌的吸附率略大于对革兰阳性菌的吸附率。

【Abstract】 Poly-l-lysine(PLL) self-assembled membranes on glass surface were obtained by electrostatic adsorption. The effects of solution p H, assembling time, and PLL concentration on the quality of the membrane and bacterial adsorption performance were investigated in details. The results showed that good membrane could be prepared by assembling for 45 min using 0.200 mg/m L PLL solution at p H=7.4. The bacteria adsorption efficiency of this positively charged membrane for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureu were studied by plate count and microscope count methods. The results indicated that, under the optimum preparation conditions, the PLL membranes could adsorb 92.3% of Escherichia coli within 30 min and 83.0% of Staphylococcus aureu within 45 min. The adsorption efficiency for Gramnegative bacteria is better than that for Gram-positive bacteria.
