百合枸杞发酵液抗运动疲劳作用的研究

【摘要】 研究制备了感官良好的百合枸杞发酵液,分析了百合枸杞发酵液的主要成分,并利用小鼠跑台力竭实验、负重游泳力竭实验和生化指标测定实验,研究百合枸杞发酵液对机体的抗运动疲劳作用。结果表明:百合枸杞发酵液的功效成分为多糖(232.21±5.33)mg/100 g,总黄酮(23.22±1.32)g/100 g,总氨基酸(88.3±5.23)g/100 g,植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)(7.53±0.42)Log10 cfu/100 g。经过30 d的灌胃喂养,与空白对照组相比,低(5 g/kg·d)、中(10 g/kg·d)和高剂量组(15 g/kg·d)均能显著地提高小鼠的跑台力竭时间、负重游泳首次下沉时间和力竭时间,并且中、高剂量组能够明显地降低血清尿素氮和血乳酸的含量(p<0.05),而对肝糖原含量的提高作用则并不显著(p>0.05)。由此可知:百合枸杞发酵液具有良好的抗运动疲劳作用。

【Abstract】 In this study, the lily wolfberry fermented liquid with desirable sensorial characteristics was prepared. The functional component of lily wolfberry fermented liquid was analyzed. Further, the treadmill test and weight-loaded swimming test and biochemical index determination experiment were used to study the effects on anti-exercise-fatigue of lily wolfberry fermented liquid. The result showed that the content of polysaccharide, flavonoid, total amino acid and Lactobacillus plantarum in lily wolfberry fermented liquid was(232.21±5.33) mg/100 g,(23.22±1.32) g/100 g,(88.3±5.23) g/100 and(7.53±0.42) Log10 cfu/100 g, respectively. After intragastric administration for 30 d, the exhaustive time of treadmill and weight-loaded swimming, and the down time for the first time of low(5 g/kg/d), medium(105 g/kg/d) and high dose group(15 g/kg/d) were significantly extended(p<0.05) compared with the control group. The content of serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid of medium and high dose group were significantly reduced(p<0.05). In addition, the effect on increase of hepatic glycogen of lily wolfberry fermented liquid was not significant(p>0.05). The study indicated that lily wolfberry fermented liquid had a good resistance to movement fatigue.
