【摘要】 通过考察广西北部湾港口物流的现状,采用广西北部湾2007年以来第一产业增加值、第二产业增加值、进出口总额、固定资产投资额等数据,运用灰色GM(1,N)模型对广西北部湾港口物流进行预测,并提出利用地域优势,大力发展整车口岸;充分挖掘资源,打造特色经济口岸;加大港口建设,促进港口转型升级;多方通力合作,培养港口专业型人才;深化中国-东盟港口城市合作网络,积极推进"互联网+港口"等建议,以期为政府相关部门提供决策参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper investigate of the present situation of the port logistics in the northern Gulf of Guangxi, and use the gray GM(1, N) theoretical model by the data index of the first industrial added value, the value of the second industry, imports and exports, investment in fixed assets and other data in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Since 2007.Using the grey GM(1, N)model to predict the Guangxi Beibu Gulf port logistics, and proposes the use of geographical advantages, vigorously develop the vehicle port; to fully tap the resources to build economic characteristics of ports; increase the port construction, promote the transformation and upgrading of the port; multi-party co-operation, cultivating professional talents Chinese port;deepen ASEAN port city cooperation the network, and actively promote the "Internet plus port" and so on,with a view to provide decision-making reference for relevant government departments, so as to provide intellectual support for the sustainable development of Guangxi’s Beibu Gulf port logistics.更多还原
