【摘要】 以不同品种石斛为研究对象,在水提法的基础上,引入匀浆辅助处理,采用正交试验研究了提取时间、提取次数、提取温度对铁皮石斛多糖提取的影响.结果表明,在水温80℃、提取时间70s、提取次数5次时,提取效率较佳,这种操作简单、提取效率高的石斛多糖提取新方法,可为其他植物多糖的提取提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 Using different varieties of Dendrobium candidum as materials, homogenate as assisted method on the basis of water extraction method, the extracting conditions, i.e. duration, time and temperature of extraction of polysaccharides from Dendrobium candidum was studied by orthogonal experiment. The result shows that when duration of extraction is 70 s,times of extraction is 5 and temperature of extraction is 80° C, extraction efficiency reaches optimum. This establishes an easily-operated, high efficient extraction method of polysaccharides from Dendrobium candidum, and provides reference on extraction method of polysaccharides from other plants.更多还原
