防城港金花茶果肉及果核活性成分GC-MS分析

【摘要】 防城港金花茶为国内分布较广的一类金花茶,国内现有研究较少涉及金花茶果肉或果核有效成分分析.本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分别对防城港金花茶果肉及果核活性成分进行检测分析.在优化条件下,防城港金花茶果肉中共检出22种活性成分,其中代表性活性物质有羟乙醛、羟基丙酮、糠醛、5-羟甲基糠醛、十五烷酸和肌醇等;而防城港金花茶去表皮果核中共检出23种活性成分,其中代表性活性物质包括:十五烷酸、亚油酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、顺式-十八碳烯酸、反式角鲨烯和维生素E等,这些活性成分包含一些重要营养性成分.

【Abstract】 As a common variety, Camellia nitidissima Chi is distributed widely in Fangcheng Port and neighboring regions. But until now, few reports focus on its fruit flesh and seeds analysis. This paper analyzes the active components of fruit flesh and seeds of Camellia nitidissima Chi by modified GC-MS technology. Investigations reveals that the fruit flesh contained about 22 kinds of active components, including glycollic aldehyde,hydroxyacetone,furaldehyde, 5-hydroxymethyl-furfural,pentadecanoic acid,inositol etc. Meanwhile, the fruit seeds of Camellia nitidissima Chi contained about 23 kinds of active components, including pentadecanoic acid,methyl linoleate,cis-octadecenoic acid, squalene and vitamin E etc., some of which were important nutritional components.These findings were helpful for potential utility of Camellia nitidissima Chi fruit flesh and seeds application.
