【Abstract】 Many good trials have been underway for enhancing verbal expression ability of law schools students. The different ways has been opened up for it in the education about law. However, it cannot be denied that the theory teaching of law accounted for much higher share than the practical teaching of law. In order to cultivate the law applied-talents in such the teaching situation, the teaching purpose of training the verbal expression ability of law schools students should be followed throughout the theory teaching of law, and the new model about that must be built.更多还原
