碱性高炉矿渣处理模拟酸性矿井水的试验研究
Experimental Study on Treatment of Acid Mine Water with Alkaline Blast Furnace Slag
【摘要】 为研究碱性高炉矿渣处理模拟酸性矿井水的最佳条件,从震荡时间、碱性高炉矿渣的投加量、震荡温度及是否进行超声波作用四方面进行实验。结果表明,在震荡时间为80 min、碱性高炉矿渣投加量为0.4g、温度为25℃且在超声波作用下,COD和TP的去除率达到最高,分别是79.74%和99.89%,pH则从2.01~2.17升至7.45,满足GB 20426-2006的排放要求。
【Abstract】 To study the optimum conditions on acid mine water treatment with alkaline slag,we carried out the experiment from four aspects which were the,alkaline blast furnace slag dosage,temperature and ultrasonic effects.The results showed that the removal rate of COD and TP which was 79.74% and 99.89% reached the highest when the conditions met oscillation time 80 min,slag dosage 0.4 g,temperature 25 ℃ and ultrasonic effects,and pH was up from 2.01~2.17 to 7.45 that met the emission requirements of GB 20426-2006.
