【摘要】 目的了解多样化培训模式对感染专科护士应对突发传染疫情能力及心理弹性水平的影响。方法抽取新疆医科大学第一附属医院感染中心护士共48名进行研究,2014年1—12月进行常规培训模式,2015年1—2016年12月增加多形式培训模式。计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,计量资料比较采用t检验,两种培训模式下现场模拟演练与心理弹性相关的采用Pearson相关性分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果多形式培训后,护士现场模拟演练应对能力高于培训前(P<0.05);护士心理弹性总分、抗压能力、自我决断能力维度得分[(75.09±9.89)、(21.54±6.10)、(27.68±10.02)分]均高于常规培训[(61.12±10.12)、(18.21±8.09)、(21.30±7.78)分](均P<0.05)。多形式培训时现场模拟演练得分和心理弹性中判断能力得分具有相关性(r=0.320,P<0.05);常规培训的应急现场模拟演练得分与心理弹性中自我决断能力得分具有相关性(r=0.299,P<0.05)。结论多样化培训模式可有效提高感染科护士应对突发传染疫情的能力和心理弹性水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of the influence of diversified training model on the ability and resilience level of infectious specialist nurses to cope with the outbreak of infectious diseases.Methods A total of 48 nurses were selected as the subjects.The routine training mode was conducted from January to December 2014, and the multi-form training mode was increased from January 2015 to December 2016. Count data were compared with χ~2 test, measurement data were compard by t test. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results After multi-training, the coping ability of nurses in field simulation training was higher than that before training(P<0.05). The scores of psychological resilience, compressive ability and self-determination ability of nurses [(75.09±9.89),(21.54±6.10),(27.68±10.02)score] were higher than those of routine training [(61.12±10.12),(18.21±8.09),(21.30±7.78)score](all P<0.05). In multi-form training, the score of field simulation exercise and the judgment ability score in resilience were related(r=0.320,P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the scores of emergency site simulation exercises and the scores of self-determination ability in psychological resilience(r=0.299,P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified training model can effectively improve the ability and resilience to cope with the outbreak of infectious diseases.更多还原
