微波辅助提取金花葵多糖工艺及体外抗氧化性研究

【摘要】 以多糖得率为指标,采用正交设计法优化微波辅助提取金花葵多糖的工艺,并测定金花葵多糖的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:微波辅助提取金花葵多糖的最佳工艺条件为微波功率280 W、微波辐射时间2 min、提取温度70℃、提取时间3.0 h,在此条件下多糖平均得率为5.51%;金花葵多糖对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基具有明显的清除能力,并能够有效抑制小鼠肝匀浆脂质的过氧化,其IC50分别为0.068、1.23、1.20 mg/mL。

【Abstract】 Based on polysaccharide yield indicators,the optimum processing conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Aurea helianthustems were studied by orthogonal design method,and determined the antioxidant activity of Aurea helianthustems polysaccharide. The results indicated that the optimum extraction parameters of polysaccharide were microwave power 280 W,microwave radiation time 2 min,hydrothermal extraction temperature 70 ℃,hydrothermal extraction time 3.0 h. Under the optimum conditions,the average extraction rate of polysaccharide was 5.51 %. Aurea helianthustems polysaccharide had the effective scavenging activities of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion free radical. In addition,it could inhibit the peroxidation of the mouse liver homogenate. The IC50 was 0.068,1.23,1.20 mg/mL,respectively.
