银杏叶黄酮活性炭脱色工艺的研究

【摘要】 为了优化活性炭对银杏叶黄酮脱色的工艺条件,通过单因素实验考察脱色时间、p H值、脱色温度以及活性炭用量对脱色率和黄酮保留率的影响。在单因素基础上,采用四因素三水平正交试验分析各因素与脱色率及黄酮保留率的关系。结果表明:活性炭脱色最佳条件为脱色时间60 min、p H 6.0、脱色温度80℃、活性炭用量2.0%,在该条件下活性炭脱色率达55.07%,银杏叶黄酮保留率为87.52%,相对误差分别为0.94%及0.19%。脱色使银杏叶黄酮提取液获得良好色泽。

【Abstract】 Orthogonal array design was used to optimize the process of bleaching Ginkgo Biloba leaves flavonoid solution with activated carbon. On the basis of single factor test,the influence of four main factors including time,p H,temperature and active carbon amount based on flavonoid retention rate and decolorization rate were investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:time 60 min,p H6.0,temperature 80 ℃ and active carbon addition 2.0 %. Under this condition,a decolorization rate of 55.07 % and flavonoid retention rate of 87.52 % were obtained,of which the relative errors were 0.94 % and 0.19 % respectively. Decolorization made Ginkgo Biloba leaves flavonoid with better color.
