渭南市地理标志产品赤水大葱抗氧化活性研究
Research on Hydroxyl Radicals of Geographical Indication Chishui Onion
【摘要】 本文主要研究地理标志产品赤水大葱的抗氧化活性。研究结果表明,赤水葱不同部位的提取液对羟基自由基均有不同程度的清除作用,即有不同程度的抗氧化性。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly studied the antioxidant activity of the geographical indication product of Chishui onion. The results showed that the extract of onion in different parts have different scavenging action as well as different degrees of antioxidant.
