瓶装水对斑马鱼胚胎生长发育的影响

【摘要】 本文研究矿物元素含量不同的瓶装天然水和纯净水对斑马鱼胚胎生长和发育的影响。将斑马鱼成鱼随机分为对照组(胚胎水组)、天然水组、25%纯净水组、50%纯净水组、75%纯净水组和纯净水组,自然条件下产卵,28.5℃下孵化。受精后0~3 d内观察记录胚胎的各项发育指标,受精后第3 d测定稚鱼的心率和体长,并观察稚鱼的生长情况。天然水组未观察到任何胚胎发育异常指标;纯净水组中斑马鱼胚胎出现卵凝结、脊柱弯曲等发育异常现象,且稚鱼的孵化率、心率和体长显著下降,卵黄囊相较于对照组明显较大。可见,天然水对斑马鱼胚胎的生长发育无不良影响;而几乎不含任何矿物元素的纯净水使斑马鱼胚胎卵凝结和生长延缓,对斑马鱼的心脏发育有明显的不良影响。

【Abstract】 The effect of bottled natural water and purified water on the growth and development of Barchydanio rerio var embryo was investigated. The adult Barchydanio rerio var were randomly divided into six groups: control group(embryo water group), natural water group, 25% purified water group, 50% purified water group, 75% purified water group and purified water group. All the Barchydanio rerio var were naturally fertilized and hatched at 28.5 ℃. Within 0~3 days post-fertilization(dpf), developmental indexesof embryo were observed and recorded. The heart rate and body length of juveniles were measured 3 dpf, and the growth indexes of juveniles were also observed. No abnormal developmental indexes of Barchydanio rerio var embryo in natural water group were observed, and the hatching rate, coagulating rate, heart rate and body length revealed no significant difference with control group. Whereas, Barchydanio rerio var embryo in purified water group showed abnormal developmental indexes such as coagulation and malformation(spinal curvature mainly). Additionally, the hatching rate, heart rate and body length were significantly decreased, and yolk sac was significantly larger than that in the control group. So, bottled natural water have no adverse effects on the growth and development of Barchydanio rerio var embryo. Bottled purified water make Barchydanio rerio var embryo coagulation and delayed growth, and have obvious adverse effects on Barchydanio rerio var heart development.
