响应曲面法对产蓝色素链霉菌YLA0的高产色素条件优化
Optimization of fermentative conditions for high yield blue pigment from Streptomyces sp.YLA0 using response surface methodology
【摘要】 以链霉菌YLA0作为出发菌株来优化其高产蓝色素的培养条件,单因素实验的基础上,筛选出C/N比、p H、培养时间三个单因素,利用Box-Behnken的响应曲面设计进一步优化。结果表明,链霉素YLA0高产蓝色素的最佳培养条件为:C/N比为14∶1、p H7.63、培养时间169.69 h,得率11.67 mg/100 m L。该条件下的实际值为优化值的97.04%,说明该模型可靠,可用于链霉菌YLA0高产蓝色素培养条件的优化。
【Abstract】 Streptomyces sp. YLA0 was used as the experimental material to optimize the culture condition of high yield blue pigment.Based on the single factor experiment,C/N ratio,p H and culture time as three single factors were selected and optimized by Box-Behnken response surface design.The results showed that the optimal culture conditions of Streptomycin sp.YLA0 were as follows: C/N ratio was 14∶ 1,p H7.63,culture time was 169.69 h,and the yield was 11.67 mg/100 m L.Under this condition,the actual value was 97.04% of the optimized value,and the results showed that the model was reliable and could be used to optimize the culture condition of Streptomyces sp.YLA0.
