【Abstract】 As a natural antioxidant resources, the phenolic compounds play an important role in human health. The composition of phenolic compounds and its common extraction methods including solvent extraction, microwave assisted,ultrasound-assisted and supercritical fluid extraction were briefly introduced, so as to form the basis for the choice and optimization of the phenolic compounds extraction methods. The phenolics function oxidation resistance, anti-tumor anticancer, antibacterial anti-inflammatory and other health functions were also expounded.更多还原
