酚类化合物的提取方法及其生物活性研究进展

【摘要】 酚类化合物作为一种天然的抗氧化资源,对人类健康起着十分重要的作用。简述酚类化合物的组成,归纳酚类化合物常见的几种提取方法,包括溶剂浸提法、微波辅助法、超声辅助法和超临界流体萃取法等,以期为酚类物质提取方法的选择和优化奠定基础。同时阐述酚类物质在抗氧化性、抗肿瘤抗癌、抑菌消炎等方面的功能,并对其应用研究进行展望。

【Abstract】 As a natural antioxidant resources, the phenolic compounds play an important role in human health. The composition of phenolic compounds and its common extraction methods including solvent extraction, microwave assisted,ultrasound-assisted and supercritical fluid extraction were briefly introduced, so as to form the basis for the choice and optimization of the phenolic compounds extraction methods. The phenolics function oxidation resistance, anti-tumor anticancer, antibacterial anti-inflammatory and other health functions were also expounded.
