【摘要】 采用响应面法设计试验优化冬虫夏草菌CS.SYSU-Ⅱ菌丝体喷雾干燥工艺。在单因素的试验基础上,以进料速率、进风温度、雾化压力和固形物含量为研究因素,以出粉率为响应值,利用Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面分析法确定最佳喷雾干燥工艺。在进料速率490 m L/h、进风温度118℃、雾化压力0.32 MPa和固形物含量20.5%的最佳条件下,出粉率达到87.30%,与理论值87.05%的相对误差为0.29%。

【Abstract】 Response surface methodology to optimize spray drying processing technology of Cordyceps sinensis CS.SYSU-Ⅱwas studied. Based on the single factor test, feed flow rate, inlet air temperature, airflow pressure, solid content as the factors, the powder rate as the response value, Box-Behnken design and response surface methodology were conducted to determine the optimum spray drying processing condition. The optimum condition was as follows: feed flow rate 490 m L/h, inlet air temperature 118 ℃, airflow pressure 0.32 MPa, solid content 20.5%, the powder yield could reach to 87.30%. There was 0.29% difference between the true value and the theoretical value(87.05%) under the optimum condition.
