【摘要】 从贵州特色香猪里筛选出耐酸、耐胆盐和降胆固醇能力较高的动物双歧杆菌乳亚种BZ25,对其进行安全性评价,包括急性毒性试验、药物敏感性试验、质粒提取、氨基酸脱羧酶活性检测和溶血试验。结果表明,该菌株无急性毒性,无质粒,对青霉素类抗生素普遍敏感,氨基糖苷类抗生素除新霉素外,均表现耐药,对四环素抗生素、大环内酯类抗生素和头孢类抗生素均表现敏感,不产生物胺,没有溶血现象。初步确定了菌株的安全性,对开发相应益生菌产品具有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lactobacillus BZ25 of theacid-resistant, bile salt-resistant and high cholesterol ability animal species was isolated from Guizhou Xiang pig, and their safety was evaluated, through acute toxicity experiment, susceptibility test, plasmid extraction and detection of amino acid decarboxylase activity, and hemolytic test. The results showed that the strain had no acute toxicity, and no plasmid; It was sensitive generally to antibiotics of penicillin, and had aminoglycoside antibiotics resistant performance except for neomycin; It was susceptible to antibiotics in tetracycline, large ring lactone class and cephalosporin; It did not produce biogenic amine, and had no hemolysis. The strain of safety was determined preliminarily, and reference value was provided on development of probiotic related products.更多还原
