桑椹中酚类物质极性分布及抗氧化活性评价

【摘要】 采用超声波辅助,用不同极性的溶剂提取红果2号桑椹,测定并分析各提取浸膏的酚类含量,自由基清除能力、抗脂质过氧化能力、总还原力和DNA保护潜力。研究结果表明,乙醇提取物浸膏(absolute ethanol extracts of fruit,FAE)的酚类含量最高,为3.65 mg GAE/g dw,且总还原力和羟基自由基(·OH)清除力最强(P<0.05);乙酸乙酯提取物浸膏(ethyl acetate extracts of fruit,FEE)的DPPH自由基(DPPH·)清除力(0.71mg/m L)和抗脂质过氧化能力最强;水提取物浸膏(water extracts of fruit,FWE)的ABTS自由基(ABTS+·)清除力最强(3.52 mg/m L),且能有效保护DNA不被损伤;石油醚提取物浸膏(petroleum ether extracts of fruit,FPE)酚类含量最低,且4种活性均最弱。基于实验结果,红果2号桑椹具有作为功能性保健品(天然抗氧化剂)的巨大潜力。

【Abstract】 The phenols were extracted from mulberry fruit in Hongguo 2 with ultrasonic assisted in different polar solvents. Then phenolic content,free radical scavenging and anti-lipid peroxidation,total reducing power,DNA protection potentiality were tested to assess the antioxidant potentiality. The results showed that phenolic content in ethanol extracts of fruit( FAE) and( 3. 65 mg GAE/g dw) was the highest,and the total reducing power and hydroxyl radical( ·OH) were significantly high. The ethyl acetate extracts of fruit( FEE) had the strongest DPPH radical( DPPH·) scavenging capicity( 0. 71 mg/m L) and anti-lipid peroxidation capicity. The water extracts of fruit( FWE) had the strongest ABTS radical( ABTS+ ·) scavenging capicity( 3. 52 mg/m L) and DNA damage protection. All antioxidant activity and phenolic content of petroleum ether extracts of fruit( FPE) are weaker. These results shows mulberry fruit of Hongguo 2 has great potential as functional health food( natural antioxidant).
