【摘要】 高校大学生创业技能差异性的根源何在?对这个问题的研究有助于提升大学生自主创业活动的实践效果。依据广东6所高校的问卷调査数据,文中首先从统计实证的角度,挖掘出导致高校大学生创业技能差异性的两大因素——人口统计特征(包括性别差异、专业差异、年级差异和家庭收入水平差异)和高校创业教育水平,指出它们是导致大学生创业技能差异性的两类重要影响因素。然后,结合广东的实践调査情况,给出了提升大学生创业技能的相应对策:成员合理搭配,组建高效的创业团队;高校创业类教育需系统化和规范化;培育和开发好的大学生创业项目。更多还原

【Abstract】 What is the principal source of differentiation of Entrepreneurial skills for College Students The study of this problem is critical for college students to succeed in promoting self-employment activities.From the statistical data collected from 6 colleges in Guangdong Province by student questionnaire,this paper explores the main factors influencing college students’ entrepreneurial skills and acquires that demographics indexes and college entrepreneurship education are two main kinds of key factors that influencing college students’ entrepreneurial skills.And then taking the practical investigation in Guangdong Province,the paper attempts to give three solutions to improve entrepreneurial skills of college students:Set up effective entrepreneurial team through appropriate structure combination of team members;Entrepreneurial education of universities should be systematized and standardized;To nurture and develop good entrepreneurship programs for college students.更多还原
