利用FFT计算轴承沟道圆度对高速电机共振异音的影响
Influence of Bearing Raceway Roundness on Resonant Abnormal Noise of High-Speed Motor by FFT Calculation
【摘要】 针对某高速电机在特定一个频段内出现的异音现象,利用圆度仪携带的FFT分析软件,对轴承低频振动与电机共振进行分析。通过计算和试验,验证了沟道圆度不同波段的大小对高速电机共振异音的影响。
【Abstract】 For the phenomena which high-speed motor has abnormal noise in a specific band,roundness measuring instrument with FFT analysis software is used to analyze the bearing lowfrequency vibration and motor resonance in different bands(2~15 upr) of bearing raceway roundness.The calculation and test verify the influences of different bands of bearing raceway roundness to resonant abnormal noise of high-speed motor.
