【摘要】 目的探讨自制负压管引流与可调节式负压引流对治疗聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶颞部注射填充术后感染的临床效果。方法将自2007—2017年收治的42例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶颞部注射填充术后感染的患者,随机分为2组,其中自制负压管引流组19例,可调节式负压引流组23例,记录患者切口愈合质量、住院时间、患者的满意度等。结果自制负压管引流组16例一期愈合,3例二期愈合,平均住院时间(18.8±3.3)d,患者VAS满意度评分为82.8±3.0;可调节式负压引流组22例一期愈合,1例二期愈合,平均住院时间(13.2±3.0)d,患者VAS满意度评分88.1±5.1;2组在平均住院时间、患者的满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可调节式负压引流对聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶颞部注射填充术后感染的治疗,效果较为显著,炎症控制更为有效,患者的满意度更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of self-made negative pressure drainage(SNPD) and adjustable negative pressure drainage(ANPD) in the treatment of infection after temporal filling with Polyacrylamlde Hydrogel(PAHG). Methods The cases of forty-two patients who suffered infection after temporal filling with PAHG were studied in hospital. Patients were divided into 2 groups:23 patients underwent ANPD, and 19 patients underwent SNPD. The wound healing condition, length of stay, and patients′ satisfaction were recorded. Results In the SNPD group, 16 patients were primarily healed, and 3 patients healed by second intention. The average stay was(18.3±3.3) days, and the VAS satisfaction score was 82.8±3.0. In the ANPD group, 22 patients were primarily healed, and 1 patient healed by second intention. The average stay was(13.2±3.0) days, and the VAS satisfaction score was 88.1±5.1. The average stay and VAS satisfaction score were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion ANPD was more effective than SNPD in the treatment of infection after temporal filling with PAHG. The inflammation control in the ANPD group was more effective, and the patients′ satisfaction was higher.更多还原
