【摘要】 水灾是清代安庆府危害最为严重的自然灾害。以地方志资料为中心,系统考察了清代安庆府水灾的成因与特点,认为清代安庆府襟江带湖,西北高,东南低洼的地理形势和冷暖气流频繁交汇等气候因素是水灾产生的自然原因;水利设施的过度兴建和维修不善,文官考核制度的不足、监管制度的不力,以及政府对农学教育的忽视等社会因素则是灾害频发、扩大化的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The flood is the most serious natural disaster in Anqing prefecture in the Qing Dynasty. The paper mainly takes Anqing chorography for reference and systematically investigates the causes and characteristics of flood in Anqing prefecture in the Qing Dynasty. And then comes a conclusion that the causes of flood can be divided in two aspects. One is natural cause.Anqing in the Qing Dynasty was surrounded by lakes and rivers and its geographical situation was northwest high and southeast low. Meanwhile, the climatic factors such as frequent cold and warn airflow are also the natural causes of flood. The excessive construction and maintenance of water conservancy facilities, the lack of civil service examination system, inadequate supervision system, as well as the neglect of the government’s agricultural education and other social factors are the main causes of frequent disasters.更多还原
