高迁移率族蛋白B1与动脉粥样硬化

【摘要】 越来越多的研究表明,炎症反应在动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis,AS)的发生发展中起着至关重要的作用。而高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)作为一种重要的炎性介质和促炎细胞因子,它不仅可以通过活化细胞而主动分泌,还可以通过损伤坏死细胞被动释放到胞外,从而介导炎症反应。近年来,HMGB1在AS发病机制中的作用备受关注。大量研究表明,从炎症反应开始到斑块破裂及血栓形成的各个时期中,HMGB1均发挥重要的作用。本文就近年来HMGB1在AS发病机制中作用的研究做简要地综述。

【Abstract】 An increasing number of studies have found that inflammation played a crucial role in the development of atherosclerosis(AS).The high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1) works as an important inflammatory mediators and pro-inflammatory cytokines,it not only can be actively secreted by the activated sells,but also can be released into the extracellular space from the damaged/necrotic ones,and then mediated inflammatory response.In the last few years,the role of HMGB1 in the pathogenesis of AS caused much attention.Numerous studies have shown that HMGB1 plays a important role in all stages of the pathogenesis of AS,from the beginning of the inflammatory response to plaque rupture and associated thrombotic complications.In this review,we focused on the recent studies about the role of HMGB1 in the pathogenesis of AS.
