【摘要】 目的:探析人性化护理用于高校校医院输液室护理中的效果。方法:选择2015年9月~2017年9月某校医院输液室接受输液治疗的学生患者100例,根据接受输液的顺序分为观察组、对照组各50例,观察组给予人性化护理,对照组给予常规输液观察,比较两组学生患者对输液护理的满意度以及输液不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组护理满意度为96%,对照组护理满意度为76%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6%,对照组不良反应发生率为20%(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理用于高校校医院输液室护理中可以提升患者对输液的满意度,减少输液相关不良反应,保证输液的安全进行,可推广实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic nursing in transfusion room nursing in University Hospital.Methods:100 student patients who accepted infusion in a school hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given humane care and the control group was given routine transfusion observation.Then we compared students’ satisfaction with nursing and the adverse reaction of transfusion.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96%,and that of the control group was 76%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6%,and the adverse reaction rate in the control group was 20%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing can improve the satisfaction of patients with infusion,reduce the adverse reactions related to infusion,ensure the safety of infusion,and can be popularized and implemented in transfusion room of University Hospital.更多还原
