【摘要】 目的:探讨手术室专项管理在控制医院感染中的作用,为今后的工作提供思路。方法:以某院手术室为研究对象,于2014年1月开展感染专项护理管理,并将开展后(2014年1月~2014年12月)手术室感染的发生情况与开展前(2013年1月~2013年12月)手术室感染发生情况进行对比,观察护理管理对院内感染与护理满意度的影响。结果:开展护理管理前,手术室共行手术3415例,其中发生感染人数共93例,感染发生率为2.72%;开展护理管理后,手术室共行手术4567例,其中共发生感染人数53例,院内感染发生率为1.16%,开展后明显低于开展前,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:通过在护理工作中开展感染专项管理,可以明显控制感染的发生率,保证护理质量,提高患者手术的成功率与安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of safety precautions in operation room nursing to provide ideas for future work.Methods:The operating rooms in a hospital were selected as the research object.And infection nursing management system was carried out in January 2014.Then the incidence of infection in operating room was compared between 2013 and 2014(from January to December)in order to observe the effect of nursing management for hospital infection and nursing satisfaction.Results:Before nursing management,there were 93 infected cases among 3415 patients in our hospital operation room and the incidence of hospital infection was 2.72%.After the nursing management,there were 53 infected cases among 4567 patients and the incidence of hospital infection was 1.16%,which was significantly lower than before with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing management can reduce the incidence of infection and improve the quality of nursing to increase the success rate and safety for operation.更多还原
