【摘要】 目的:研究铅污染相关职业女工生产质量。方法:选择某厂72名铅作业女工(观察组)和46名辅助岗位女工(对照组)作为研究对象,观察女工血铅含量,痛经、月经不调等生活质量,血细胞常规指数,肾功能和肝功能指数及女工的胎儿畸形人数及不孕症人数。结果:观察组女工血铅较高、痛经及月经不调人数较多,血细胞常规在平均值方面已经有较多项目超标,肝肾功能方面观察组同样超标较多,两组女工均未发现胎儿畸形情况。结论:铅污染相关职业女工生产质量虽然没有出现问题,但仍然比其他岗位较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the production quality of women in the lead pollution-related professional.Methods:72 women lead workers(observation group)and 46 auxiliary posts women(control group)were selected for the study.To observe the women’s blood lead levels,the quality of life,such as menstrual cramps and irregular periods,the routine index of the women’s blood cells the kidney function and liver function index of women.To observe the number of fetal abnormalities and the number of infertility of women in working.Results:In the observation group,the blood lead level was higher,and the number of dysmenorrhea and menstruation were more.The routine of blood cells has already exceeded the standard in the average value,and the liver and kidney function of the observation group also exceeded the standard a lot.No fetal abnormalities had been found in the two groups of women.Conclusion:Although there is no problem of the quality of professional women who are related to lead pollution,it is still worse than other profession.更多还原
