【摘要】 目的:探讨两种不同的纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床治疗效果。方法:义齿修复100例患者,分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者应用可塑纤维桩进行义齿修复,对照组患者应用预成纤维桩进行义齿修复。结果:观察组义齿修复成功率为97.5%高于对照组为90.1%(P<0.05),观察组满意率98.0%高于对照组满意率90.0%(P<0.05)。结论:预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩进行义齿修复均具有较高的治疗效果,两种材料各有优点,预成纤维桩可塑性强、强度高,可塑纤维桩不易折断、抗疲劳性强,在临床中可根据患者具体情况进行选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of two different fiber posts in oral cavity repair.Methods:100patients were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in observation group were repaired with plastic fiber posts,and the patients in control group were repaired with prefabricated fiber posts.Results:The success rate of observation group(97.5%)was higher than that of control group(90.1%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of observation group(98%)was higher than that of control group(90%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:In summary,preformed fiber posts and plastic fiber posts have high curative effect,and two kinds of materials have their own advantages.Preformed fiber posts has strong plasticity and high strength,and plastic fiber posts is not easy to break and has strong fatigue resistance,so it can be chosen according to patients condition in clinical.更多还原
