几种重要中药材植纹特征的统计学分析

【摘要】 通过国内和国际情报调研,结果证明植纹鉴定技术在中药材领域中应用研究是国内、外未见报道的重要热点问题.依靠"植纹鉴定"国家发明专利和《中国植物表观结构植纹鉴定》专著的技术和理论,研究中药材植物植纹鉴定新技术,获得了图文并茂的植纹鉴定研究结果.探讨了中药材叶表皮垂周壁镶嵌模式、气孔复体颉颃逆境演化规律及表皮附属物的类型.简化中药材植纹鉴定程序,缩短植纹图像分析时间,提高植纹鉴定的准确率.应用相关性分析、回归估计、距离分析、聚类分析等统计方法,评价植纹表观结构与其科、属、种宏观形态的相关性.科学规范中药材植纹鉴定标准,探讨中药材经典分类问题,发明简便、易行、准确、有效的中药材植纹鉴定新技术,检测中药材真、伪.采用美国的克朗奎斯特[1],植物分类系统为依据,确定植物种源,从而为中药材植纹鉴定人员鉴定中药材真、伪,提供科学鉴定依据.在大量植纹鉴定试验结果的基础上,形成一套完整的中药材的植纹鉴定技术研究理论和试验方法.

【Abstract】 Through domestic and international information research,the results prove that the application research of the plant print identification technology in Chinese herbal medicine territory is not reported that is an important hot topic in domestic and foreign. We rely on "identification of plant print"national invention patent and the technology and theory about the apparent structure plant print identification of Chinese plants monograph to study the new technology of Chinese herbal medicine plant print identification and obtain illustrated plant print identification research results. We Discuss the Chinese herbal medicine anticlinal walls of the leaf epidermis. Mosaic pattern,Stomata complex rivalry adversity evolution rule and the type of epidermal appendages. The process of Chinese herbal medicine plant print identification was simplified,the time of plant print image analysis was shoreen to improve plant print identification accuracy. We apply the statistical methods of correlation analysis,regression estimation,distance analysis,cluster analysis,evaluate the plant print apparent structure and the correlation of their families,genera and species macro morphology. Scientifically standardize Chinese herbal medicine plant print identification standards,discusse the classical traditional classification problem,invent simple,easy,accurate,efficient new technology of Chinese herbal medicine plant print identification,test its true or false. Adopt the American Cronquist[1],plant classification system as the basis to determine plant provenance,for Chinese herbal medicine plant print appraiser identify the ture or false of Chinese herbal medicine,provide scientific appraisal basis. Based on a large number of plant print identification test results,form a complete set of Chinese herbal medicine plant print identification technology research theory and the test method.
