非约束条件下掺ZY膨胀剂水泥石碳化机理分析
Mechanism analysis of carbonation of ZY expansive agent-added cement pastes under unstrained condition
【摘要】 本文通过测试水泥石抗压强度、碳化深度研究了非约束条件下掺ZY膨胀剂的水泥石抗碳化性能,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)等手段揭示了掺ZY膨胀剂水泥石碳化机理。试验结果表明:在非约束条件下,掺8%ZY膨胀剂使水泥石抗碳化性能下降,同时造成了水泥石孔结构的裂化;碳化使得ZY膨胀剂水化产物钙矾石分解产生大量球霰石。
【Abstract】 This paper investigate the compressive strength,carbonation depth of ZY expansive agent-added cement paste,the mechanism of carbonation of ZY expansive agent-added cement paste was analyzed by using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Scanning electron microscope(SEM)methods.The results showed that the carbonation resistance property of 8% ZY expansive agent-added cement paste decreased and the pore structure of hardened cement paste was cracked.The carbonation process led to the decomposition of ettringite into vaterite.
