拼接式农田灌排矩型渠结构的优化与数值模拟分析
Optimization and numerical simulation analysis of the moment type drainage structure of spliced farmland
【摘要】 拼接式矩型渠是由左、右L型侧墙和现浇混凝土底板三个结构单元组成的一种新型的预制装配式输水渠。本文采用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了组合式矩型渠的模型,模拟和分析了原方案和优化后的L型渠在不同工况下的受力状态。结果表明:从承载力极限状态、结构的正常使用以及制造成本方面,优化后的结构都具有明显的优势。同时也证明了本工程优化后的方案具有应用的价值。该方案不仅解决工程占地较大的突出问题,还推动灌区续建配套与节水改造渠系工程建设取得实质性进展。
【Abstract】 The splicing type rectangular channel is composed of three structural units,namely,the left and right L side walls and the cast-in-situ concrete floor,which is a novel prefabricated assembling water conveyance canal,this paper adopts the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS to establish a combined rectangular channel model,simulation and analysis of stress state,L Channel original scheme and optimized in different conditions.The results showed that:from the aspect of the ultimate bearing capacity of state.The normal use of the structure and manufacturing cost,the optimized structure has obvious advantages.It also proved that the optimized scheme has engineering application value.This scheme not only solve the outstanding problems in the project covers an area of large,but also to promote substantive progress in rebuilding and water-saving irrigation system construction.
