Practical education is essential to cultivate the practical application ability of law students. At present,both the preparation of teaching materials,or teaching content and teaching methods,or the assessment of the standards of students are lack of practice and practicality. Students should participate in actual cases to strengthen their legal skills training. The education mode shall be changed from traditional examination-oriented education to employment-oriented practical talents of quality.
