【Abstract】 In order to enhance the implementation of water right transaction,to raise the efficiency of market allocation of water resources and to ensure the fairness of water rights and interests,the current situations and the existing problems in the supervision and management of water right transaction in China are summarized.The necessity of supervision and management of water right transaction is discussed.The constitutive elements,including transactionaccess,record,compensationand evaluation system,are analyzed,and the organizational structure of supervision and management of water right transaction is designed.Finally,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.更多还原
