【摘要】 目的探讨积极心理学理论在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月~2017年2月我院救治的精神分裂症患者42例作为研究对象,将其均分为两组,分别应用常规护理和积极心理学理论,对比两组患者心理状况、疾病知识知晓程度、护理质量评分情况。结果两组患者的心理状况、疾病知识知晓程度、护理质量评分进行比较,观察组明显更高。结论积极心理学理论在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果非常的显著,患者的心理状况和生活质量得到显著改善,提高了护理质量和满意度,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of multidimensional depth nursing intervention on patients with schizophrenia.Methods 48 patients with schizophrenia in nearly three years in our hospital patients as the research object,according to different nursing measures are divided into two groups,the application of conventional nursing,nursing and multi-dimensional depth compared two groups of patients before and after the intervention of anxiety,depression,quality of life,grading quality of nursing,nursing satisfaction.Results After intervention, the improvement of the two groups was better than that in the control group.The satisfaction of the two groups was 91.67% and 75% respectively, and the observation group was higher.Conclusion The patients with schizophrenia by using dimensional depth nursing intervention, the patient’s anxiety,depression and other psychological negative emotions get effective relief, quality of life and the improvement of nursing quality effectively,improve the patient’s satisfaction,is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
