舒适护理模式在医养结合长期卧床患者的运用

【摘要】 目的分析舒适护理模式在医养结合长期卧床患者的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月~2016年6月我院收治的200例老年患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理。护理后,对两组患者护理满意度进行对比。结果观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在老年病区中应用舒适护理,既能显著提高患者的护理效果,又能体现人文关怀,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We analyzed the practice value of comfortable nursing that was used in long bedridden patient within Medical-Nursing Combined Care model.Methods 200 elderly patients were involved from January 2014 to June 2016.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group,which received routine nursing and comfortable nursing,respectively.Finally,the feedback of patients’ satisfaction were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results The satisfaction of experimentalgroupwas higher than control groupsignificantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Above all,not only comfortable nursing could significantly improve clinical nursing effect,but also it could reflect the humanistic care and improve patients’ satisfaction.Thus,comfortable nursingcan be widely used in elderly Ward.更多还原
