【摘要】 目的了解ICU护士对ICU综合征的认知现状,意识模糊评估量表(CAM-ICU)应用情况以及ICU综合征相关知识培训情况。方法随机抽取广东省8所三级甲等医院200名ICU护士为调查对象,以问卷方式调查ICU护士对ICU综合征的认知现状,以及意识模糊评估量表(CAM-ICU)应用情况。结果 38%的ICU护士掌握ICU综合征的概念,52%的护士未接受过ICU综合征相关知识培训,29%的科室建立ICU综合征的相关指引;所调查医院均未启用意识模糊评估量表(CAM-ICU);92.0%的护士希望得到ICU综合征相关知识的培训。结论 ICU护士对ICU综合征的认知不足,科室应推广CAM-ICU评估量表对患者进行评估,对护士进行ICU综合征相关知识培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the status quo of cognitive of ICU nurses of ICU syndrome,the application situation of Consciousness fuzzy assessment scale(CAM-ICU)in the ICU and related knowledge training ICU syndrome.Methods Random 8 first-class ternary hospitals in guangdong province was conducted in 200 ICU nurses,The survey and the questionnaire survey regarding the cognitive status of ICU nurses of ICU syndrome,Fuzzy assessment scale and consciousness(CAM-ICU)application.Results 38% of ICU nurses master the concept of ICU syndrome,52% of nurses are not received ICU syndrome related knowledge training,29% of the department to establish the ICU syndrome related guidelines, Poll hospital is not enabled by consciousness fuzzy assessment scale(CAM-ICU)in the ICU, 92.0% of the nurses want knowledge training of ICU syndrome.Conclusions Cognitive deficiency of ICU nurses of ICU syndrome, Departments should promote CAM-ICU assessment scale to evaluate patients, Related knowledge training for ICU nurses syndrome.更多还原
