【摘要】 目的探讨个性化健康教育对慢性牙周炎合并糖尿病患者依从性的影响。方法选取2015年7月~2016年12月本院牙周粘膜科收治的慢性牙周炎伴糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象。均对本研究知情同意,并回顾性分析其一般资料。按照1:1比例,将其随机分为研究组(个性化健康教育)与对照组(常规健康教育)。对比两组依从性及按时复诊情况。结果研究组、对照组依从率分别为96.7%、73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后4周,研究组、对照组复诊率分别为93.3%、60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性牙周炎合并糖尿病患者的临床护理过程中,实施个性化健康教育的效果理想,能改善其依从性,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of personalized health education on compliance of chronic periodontitis patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Twenty-six patients with chronic periodontitis and diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study from July 2015 to December 2016. 60 patients and their families were informed consent of this study, and retrospectively analyzed their general information. According to the ratio of 1: 1, 60 patients were randomly divided into study group(personalized health education) and control group(conventional health education). Comparison of compliance between the two groups and timely referral situation.Results The adherence rates of the study group and the control group were 96.7% and 73.3% respectively(P <0.05). The intervention rate was 93.3% and 60.0% in the study group and the control group at 4 weeks after the intervention(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical nursing of patients with chronic periodontitis and diabetes mellitus, the effect of individualized health education is ideal, which can improve its compliance and is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
