【摘要】 目的探讨聚焦解决模式对减轻颅内肿瘤放疗患者主要照顾者照顾负担及改善其负性情绪的作用。方法选取本院2013年1月~2015年12月收治的120例颅内肿瘤患者的主要照顾者120名列为研究对象,根据不同干预方法将其分为对照组与观察组(60名/组),采用照顾负担量表、负面情绪自评量表调查统计两组主要照顾者的照顾负担及负性情绪,并进行对比分析。结果经调查统计显示,干预后观察组主要照顾者其照顾负担评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);且干预后观察组主要照顾者其负面情绪(焦虑、抑郁)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用聚焦解决模式对减轻颅内肿瘤放疗患者主要照顾者的照顾负担及改善其负性情绪均有着显著效果,有极高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of focusing mode on reducing the burden of care and improving the negative emotion of the primary caregivers in patients with intracranial tumor radiotherapy.Methods 120 primary caregivers of 120 patients with intracranial tumor admitted from January, 2013 to December, 2015 were enrolled in the study. According to different intervention methods, they were divided into control group and observation group(60/group), Taking care of the burden of the scale, the negative emotional self-rating scale survey of two groups of caregivers of the main care burden and negative emotions and comparative analysis. Results After the intervention, the caregiving score of the main caregivers in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.01), and the scores of negative emotion(anxiety and depression) of the main caregivers after the intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.01). Conclusion Focusing model has a significant effect on reducing the burden of care and improving the negative emotion of the primary caregivers of patients with intracranial tumor radiotherapy, and has a very high clinical application value.更多还原
