【摘要】 目的探讨提高高危新生儿母乳喂养率的措施。方法将入住我院新生儿科的高危新生儿随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患儿住院期间均为母乳喂养,出院时都给予家长母乳喂养宣教,出院后嘱家长每月到儿童保健科进行生长发育监测,全天接受电话咨询。观察组患儿出院后,儿科护士每月进行一次家庭访视,给予母乳喂养知识、技巧等指导。结果观察组纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论家庭访视可提高高危儿出院后母乳喂养成功率,促进婴儿健康成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the measures to improve the rate of breast feeding in high-risk neonates. Methods high risk neonates were randomly divided in our hospital as the observation group and the control group, two groups of children during hospitalization were discharged when breastfeeding, giving parents breastfeeding education after discharge advised parents every month to children’s health growth monitoring, all day long telephone calls. Children in the observation group were discharged, a monthly visit to the home of pediatric nurses, and give guidance on breastfeeding knowledge, skills, etc. Results the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion family visit can improve the success rate of breast feeding after discharge, and promote the healthy growth of infants.更多还原
