海藻多糖对大黄鱼幼鱼生长性能和免疫力的影响
Effects of seaweed polysaccharide on growth performance and immunity of large yellow croaker
【摘要】 为研究海藻多糖对大黄鱼生长性能和免疫力的影响,本试验在基础饲料中分别添加0.5%、1%海带多糖和0.5%、1%紫菜多糖,作为试验组1~4号,投喂初始体重为(88.30±15.69)g/尾的大黄鱼42 d,对照组饲喂基础饲料,每组3个重复,每个重复80尾鱼。结果表明:试验组1号、3号增重率比对照组分别提高37.36%、25.52%(P<0.05),试验组2号、4号增重率比对照组也有显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组1号、3号饲料系数比对照组分别降低14.48%、11.41%(P<0.05),试验组2号、4号饲料系数与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组1号、3号蛋白质效率与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组大黄鱼肌肉水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组1号、3号碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、溶菌酶(LZM)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)比对照组显著增加(P<0.05),试验组4号LZM比对照组显著提高(P<0.05),AKP、SOD与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,海带多糖和紫菜多糖都具有提高大黄鱼幼鱼生长性能、增强机体免疫力的作用,但是其对生长性能的提高效果并不与多糖的添加量成正比例关系。
【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of seaweed polysaccharides on growth performance,body composition and activities of immunity in large yellow croaker.0.5%,1% laminarin and 0.5%,1% porphyra polysaccharides were added to the basal diet as the experimental group No.1 ~ 4.A total of 1200 large yellow croaker with body weight(88.30±15.69)g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 80 fish per replicate.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that the weight gain rate(WGR) of experimental group No.1 and No.3 were increased by 37.36% and 25.52% compared with the control group(P < 0.05),and the WGR of experimental group No.2and No.4 were significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The feed coefficients of experimental group No.1 and No.3 were decreased by 14.48% and 11.41% respectively compared with the control group(P < 0.05),and the feed coefficients of experimental group No.2 and No.4 were significantly different from those in the control group(P < 0.05).The protein efficiency of experimental group No.1 and No.3 were significantly different from that in the control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in muscle moisture,crude protein,crude fat and ash content between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).The activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),lysozyme(LZM) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the experimental group No.1 and No.3 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The activities of LZM in the experimental group No.4 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),but the activities of AKP and SOD were not significantly different from those in the control group(P > 0.05).The results indicated that both laminarin and porphyra polysaccharide could improve the growth performance and immunity of large yellow croaker juveniles.The improvement of growth performance was not directly proportional to the amount of added polysaccharides.
