饲料中添加纳米硒对草鱼生长性能、免疫器官指数和抗氧化性能的影响
Effects of nano-selenium in diets on growth performance,immune organ indexes and antioxidant capacity in grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)
【摘要】 本试验旨在探讨饲料中添加纳米硒对草鱼生长性能、免疫器官指数及血清抗氧化酶活性的影响,从而为纳米硒在水产养殖上的应用提供理论基础。试验选择健康、体重相近[(57.08±2.74)g]草鱼420尾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复35尾,在草鱼基础饲料中分别添加0、0.25、0.5、0.75 mg/kg纳米硒。试验期49 d。试验结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,0.5 mg/kg和0.75 mg/kg纳米硒组末均重、增重率、肥满度提高了10.7%、25.7%、1.89%及9.05%、25.67%、1.27%(P<0.05),饵料系数降低了3.59%和3.13%(P<0.05);特定生长率和成活率均有升高趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,0.5 mg/kg和0.75 mg/kg纳米硒组内脏指数提高了13.79%和12.07%(P<0.05),同时肾脏指数、脾脏指数、肝胰脏指数都有升高趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)相比对照组,0.5 mg/kg纳米硒组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、溶菌酶分别显著提高了55.13%、114.62%、13.14%、10.41%;0.75mg/kg纳米硒组上述指标分别提高了22.58%、17.09%、11.89%、6.49%。与对照组相比,各纳米硒组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量下降了21.65%、21.58%、23.59%(P<0.05)。由此可见,纳米硒具有促生长、提高抗氧化性能及增强机体免疫机能等作用,综合各项指标,建议草鱼饲料中添加0.5 mg/kg纳米硒为宜。
【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of nano-Selenium(Nano-Se) in diets on growth peiformance,immune organ indexes,serum antioxidase of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus).A total of 420 tails healthy grass carp with similar body weight [(57.08 ±2.74)g]were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 35 fish per replicate.Nano-Se as additives was added to the basal diet with 0,0.25,0.5 and 0.75 mg/kg.Whole feeding experiment lasted for 49 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with control group,the final body weight(FBW),weight gain rate(WGR),condition factor(CF)were increased 10.7%,25.7%,1.89% in 0.5 mg/kg group and9.05%,25.67%,1.27% in 0.75 mg/kg Nano-Se group(P<0.05),the feed conversion ratio(FCR)were decreased 3.59%and 3.13%(P<0.05),special growth rate(SGR) and survival rate(SR)were not significantly increased(P>0.05).(2)Compared with control group,the visceral index in 0.5 mg/kg and 0.75 mg/kg groups were significantly increased 13.79%and 12.07%(P<0.05),and the renal index,spleen index,hepatopancreas index were not significantly increased(P>0.05).(3)Activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),total antioxidant enzymes(T-AOC),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) and lysozyme in serum were increased 55.13%,114.62%,13.14%,10.41% in 0.5 mg/kg group and increased22.58%,17.09%,11.89%,6.49% in 0.75 mg/kg group(P<0.05).While malondialdehyde(MDA)content in all groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The results indicated that diets supplemented with Nano-Se could improve grass carp growth performance,and the effects of 0.5 mg/kg Nano-Se was better,which improved oxidation resistance and immune function.
