甜菜碱对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响
Effects of betaine on the production performance an immunity of broilers
【摘要】 本试验旨在探讨玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加甜菜碱对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响。选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡180羽,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复10羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮基础上添加400 mg/kg和800 mg/kg甜菜碱。试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加800 mg/kg甜菜碱时,42日龄肉仔鸡体重、日采食量和日增重分别提高12.3%、10.2%和12.5%(P<0.05);日粮中添加400 mg/kg时,肉仔鸡代谢能和钙的表观代谢率分别提高1.8%和5.4%(P<0.05),添加800 mg/kg甜菜碱的能量、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙和磷表观代谢率分别提高2.7%、6.1%、6.8%、9.4%、4.3%(P<0.05);甜菜碱有提高肉仔鸡胸肌率和腿肌率趋势(P>0.05),并可显著降低肉仔鸡腹脂率(P<0.05);400 mg/kg和800 mg/kg甜菜碱组肉仔鸡脾脏指数分别提高9.5%和11.9%(P<0.05),血液白细胞介素2(IL-2)分别提高9.7%和41.6%(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加甜菜碱可提高肉仔鸡的生产性能,增强肉仔鸡免疫能力。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of betaine on production perfotmeance and immunity of the broiler.A total of 180 AA broiler were randomly allotted into 3 groups with 6 replicates of 10 each.The control group was fed with basal diet,the treatment groups were fed with basal diets supplemented with betaine at 400 mg/kg and800 mg/kg,respectively.The experiment lasted 42 days.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,the diets supplemented with 800 mg/kg betaine group were significantly improved the live weight(12.3%),daily feed intake(10.2%)and the average daily gain(12.5%)(P < 0.05);the metabolic rate of EE(6.8%),the apparent metabolic rate of energy(2.7%),CP(6.1%),Ca(9.4%)and P(4.3%)in the 800 mg/kg group were significantly increased(P < 0.05);the abdominal fat rate of broiler in experimenal groups were significantly decreased;spleen index in the treatment groups were significantly increased 9.5% and 11.9%,and IL-2 increased 29.7% and 41.6%(P < 0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of broiler with betaine in diet had a positive impact on the production porfermence and immunity.
